Krishna Darshana: Experience Solo Talamaddale Live at JCAC Mysuru
A Divine Evening of Storytelling and Rhythm
As part of the ongoing Kala Saptami series—a weekly celebration of heritage and art—the Jagannatha Center for Art and Culture (JCAC) invites you to “Krishna Darshana.” This unique event features a solo Ekavyakti Talamaddale performance, an art form derived from Yakshagana that emphasizes dialogue, music, and emotional depth without the elaborate costumes.
This performance brings the legends of Lord Krishna to life through the powerful voice of Shree Divakara Hegde. Accompanied by the soul-stirring melodies of Bhagavatharu Shree Anantha Hegde Dantalige and the rhythmic precision of Shree Anantha Padmanabha Phatak on the Maddale, it promises to be an hour of pure transcendence.
